Communication: Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to translate complex policy or legal concepts into compelling, human stories. Mindset: A fundraising growth mindset, a proactive attitude, and a deep commitment to migrant rights and economic justice. Desirable: Lived or learned experience of the issues facing vulnerable migrants, or knowledge of a language other than English.
