• 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota basis

Duties:

• Prepare and spray a variety of vehicles to high standards efficiently
• Ensure quality finishes and meticulous attention to detail in all work
• Manage workflow to meet deadlines effectively
• Maintain workshop equipment and ensure cleanliness standards are upheld
• Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and accurately

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a busy automotive workshop
• Ability to work with precision and attention to detail
• Sound knowledge of vehicle paints and refinishing techniques
• Good organisational skills along with the ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed to meet deadlines
