The role will support the successful delivery of multiple programmes concurrently across North s Public Service sector. The CAD Technician will be responsible for producing high-quality 2D and 3D AutoCAD design outputs to support the design, construction, and as-built phases of security and building services installations. The role will support Building Information Modelling (BIM) aligned project delivery where required, ensuring designs are developed, coordinated, and managed in accordance with project BIM requirements and industry standards. This role will report directly to the Head of Design & Engineering, and work closely with Technical Design Authorities, and project teams, the role will ensure that all drawings and models meet technical standards, coordination requirements, and programme objectives.
