As we grow our supporter engagement programme, you will play a key role in enhancing supporter experience, developing our testing approach, and delivering high-performing campaigns. What we are looking for A highly motivated individual with: Significant experience in supporter management and /or individual giving fundraising A proven track record of growing supporters and regular income A proven track record of achieving income targets Significant experience delivering supporter journeys, stewardship and retention activity Strong leadership and team management experience Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills Why apply for this role?
