This opportunity would suit an experienced Production Supervisor, Production Planner, Manufacturing Team Leader, Production Controller, Production Coordinator or Workshop Supervisor looking to take ownership of shopfloor operations and become a key link between production, quality, engineering and management teams. Working closely with the Production Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring production runs efficiently, resources are available when required, and operational priorities are communicated effectively across the business. The Role This is a hands-on coordination position focused on supporting manufacturing operations, improving workflow, and helping the business achieve its Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) objectives.
