The Role

We are currently recruiting dedicated Care Assistants and Support Workers to join our growing agency workforce. This opportunity is ideal for a Care Assistant or Support Worker looking for flexibility, variety, and consistent work across multiple care settings.

As a Care Assistant or Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting residents and service users with day-to-day care and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care as a Care Assistant or Support Worker
• Support with personal care, daily living tasks, and mobility
• Assist residents with feeding and hydration where required
• Work collaboratively with nurses and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times

• This is an agency Care Assistant and Support Worker position, and visa sponsorship is not available
• If you are a Care Assistant or Support Worker with a DBS on the update service, our onboarding process is quick and straightforward, helping you get into shifts faster

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months UK experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring, compassionate, and reliable approach
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
