Location: Eastbourne Pay Rate: 15.25 per hour Hours: 37 hours per week Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 16:45 Friday: 07:00 - 12:00 About the Role We are recruiting for a Production Operative to join a highly process-driven manufacturing environment. Accuracy, consistency, and strict adherence to procedures are essential in this role. Please note that the cleaning aspect of this role involves small products and components, rather than general domestic cleaning duties. Key Responsibilities Packing complete products in line with specifications Cleaning components and work areas to strict industrial standards Potting of PCA (Printed Circuit Assemblies) using preset programs on industrial equipment Following Bill of Materials (BOMs) to ensure correct components, leaflets, and packaging Working to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and D&T specifications (full training provided) Maintaining quality standards where any deviation could impact manufacturing outcomes Skills & Experience Ability to read and follow BOMs, SOPs, and technical instructions (desired but not essential as training is giving) Strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset Reliable, consistent, and quality-focused Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential Physical Requirements Active role requiring standing for extended periods Ability to complete repetitive tasks with precision What We're Looking For Process is everything in this role.
