We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a well-established specialist school supporting pupils aged 3-19 with a wide range of complex needs, including Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), sensory needs, physical disabilities and communication difficulties. Opportunities are available within both the Primary and Secondary phases, allowing successful candidates to work within the age range and pathway that best suits their experience and interests. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, highly differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs and EHCP outcomes. Promote communication, emotional wellbeing, self-advocacy and independence throughout the curriculum. Build positive and productive relationships with families and external professionals. The Ideal Candidate Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Has experience teaching within Primary, Secondary, SEND or specialist educational settings. Demonstrates a strong understanding of inclusive education and personalised learning. Has experience supporting pupils with additional learning needs and barriers to learning. Can work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Has excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
