HR Specialist - Learning & Development Location: Theale Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional with strong Learning & Development expertise. Your role as HR Specialist - Learning & Development: Learning & Development Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and identify capability needs. Conduct regular learning needs analysis to identify skills gaps and development opportunities. Design, develop and deliver engaging learning programmes, including workshops, virtual learning and e-learning solutions. Evaluate learning effectiveness and produce meaningful impact reports and recommendations. Support talent reviews, succession planning and development frameworks. Manage relationships with external learning providers and vendors. Drive a culture of continuous learning, growth and development across the organisation. Continuously review and improve learning solutions to ensure maximum business impact. Employee Experience & HR Support engagement, culture and employee experience initiatives. Partner with managers to support performance management processes and improve team effectiveness. Provide guidance on employee relations matters and day-to-day people challenges. Act as a key point of contact for employee queries and HR support. Collaborate with Employee Experience colleagues to align learning initiatives with broader people strategies. Support the development of colleagues within the Employee Experience team. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and high performance. Essential Requirements CIPD qualified advantageous but not essential. At least 5 years' experience within a busy HR environment. Proven experience implementing and managing Learning & Development systems or programmes. Strong generalist HR experience. Experience supporting culture, engagement and employee experience initiatives. Good knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused approach. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, HR systems and payroll processes. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
