Alongside this, you will be able to stay hands on with modern AI technologies including LLMs and GenAI What You'll Be Doing Designing, building, and deploying end-to-end AI/ML systems (from classical ML to GenAI) Developing robust, production-ready pipelines covering data ingestion, modelling, deployment, and monitoring Driving best-in-class MLOps practices, including CI/CD, model versioning, automated retraining, and rollback strategies Ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing in real-world environments Defining future-proof AI architectures aligned with client goals Assessing and applying emerging technologies (eg LLMs, vector databases) where they create tangible value Partnering with clients during discovery, demos, and delivery-translating business needs into technical solutions Mentoring and developing engineers and data scientists through hands-on leadership What We're Looking For Strong software engineering background (Python essential) Demonstrated success delivering production-ready AI/ML solutions Hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn Solid understanding of MLOps and scalable deployment practices Experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Comfortable in client-facing environments, able to communicate complex ideas clearly Consulting experience is not essential, but confidence working with stakeholders, presenting ideas, and guiding decisions is key. Hybrid work model: 2-3 days/week in the office (London) Salary: £100 000 - £120 000 depending on experience + 10-15% bonus
