As our Senior Sales Team enters its fourth year to support continued growth and ensure revenue targets are exceeded, we are looking for a highly motivated experienced lead generator as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team.
You will be responsible for developing a pipeline of qualified new business opportunities for Avena, working closely with both Senior Sales and Marketing to identify, engage, and qualify ideal customer prospects. The successful candidate will be curious, driven, and eager to learn, with the resilience and commitment needed to maintain consistent, high-quality outreach to a variety of interesting new business customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively contact prospects and convert them into qualified sales opportunities, handing them over to the appropriate Sales Executive
Follow up promptly with inbound enquiries and information requests
Research and identify key decision-makers within target organisations
Enrich and maintain accurate prospect and activity data within HubSpot CRM
Use HubSpot as the central system for tracking outreach, research, call notes, and email activity
Generate 12+ new qualified and booked sales meetings per week
Provide timely market and prospect feedback to the Sales and Marketing teams
About You:
Confident communicator with strong phone and email outreach skills
Proven lead generation- telesales or outbound call centre experience or confident manner within a commercial sales environment.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders in large organizations
Target-driven and motivated by performance metrics
Quick learner with a proactive and resilient attitude
