Sales Administrator

Bristol

£28,000 - £30,000 (basic pay) + up to £4, 000 bonus (OTE) per annum

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Office-Based

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a successful and well-established business with offices nationwide. Based at the company's Bristol branch, this role would suit a highly organised and customer-focused individual looking to join a friendly, supportive team.

This is a varied and fast-paced position where you will play a key role in supporting the sales function, managing customer orders and helping to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and processing customer quotations and sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinating delivery schedules to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
  • Offering suitable alternative or replacement products when required
  • Supporting the external sales team with customer accounts and sales activity
  • Building positive relationships with customers and providing a high level of service
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Keeping up to date with product ranges, promotions and industry developments

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience within a Sales Administration, Internal Sales or Customer Service role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively within a busy team environment
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and sales/order processing systems
  • ERP system experience would be advantageous
