Finance Business Partner

An established organisation is looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to join its small team based in Central London.
This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure across financial reporting, management accounts, reconciliations, and business support within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with management accounts and financial reporting
Supporting month-end close and reconciliations
Monitoring financial performance and investigating variances
Preparing accruals, prepayments, and expense analysis
Supporting audit processes and regulatory reporting activities
Producing financial data and MI for senior stakeholders
To be considered suitable for this role you will need the following skills/experience:
- Experience across reporting, month end and management accounting, ideally within a financial services setting
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with financial reporting and reconciliations
Knowledge of UK GAAP
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA studies/qualification beneficial
