Role Responsibilities for the Senior Staff Nurse

• Lead with impact as Nurse in Charge step into a key leadership role, guiding the clinic team and confidently deputizing for the Clinic Manager when needed.
• Inspire and grow your team mentor and support colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment where knowledge, skills, and confidence thrive.
• Take ownership of patient journeys play a vital role in renal care programs, carrying out ongoing assessments and making a real difference in patients lives.
• Deliver outstanding, patient-centred care ensure every individual receives safe, high-quality dialysis treatment while contributing to continuous improvements in service and care standards.
