Our client is a creative production partner delivering high-impact graphics for live events, exhibitions, and branded environments. We combine design, print, manufacturing, logistics, and installation to support leading brands and agencies across the UK and internationally.
The Role:
Seeking a Graphics Project Manager to manage projects from brief through to installation. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organisation, communication, and commercial awareness, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects from concept to completion, acting as the main client contact
Plan schedules, track progress, and ensure deadlines and budgets are met
Coordinate internal teams across design, print, production, logistics and installation
Manage artwork, proofing, approvals and production requirements
Liaise with suppliers and monitor print and production output
Support installation planning and attend site where required
Prepare quotes, manage costs, raise POs and support invoicing
Ensure all work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard
Requirements:
Experience in project management, graphics, print, exhibitions or events
Strong organisational and multitasking ability
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Commercial awareness and attention to detail
Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work under pressure
Team player with a flexible and adaptable approach
Desirable Experience
Large format print or exhibition graphics
