Maximize the value of Government subsidy and grants, ensuring all available funding is applied for and systems are in place to avoid financial risk. Contribute to the Operational Performance Board with relevant data and intelligence regarding the service. Work with stakeholders to ensure a customer-centric approach to feedback and enquiries, including fraud prevention and detection. Foster a high-performing culture within the service, focusing on continuous improvement and value for money. Provide support and advice to Councillors on matters relating to the Service. Undertake other reasonable duties commensurate with the job role. Person Specifications Educated to degree level or equivalent experience relevant to the job description.
