Configuring, maintaining and updating Firewalls, Routers and network security. Acting as the technical escalation point for Firewall and cloud networking queries. Working alongside support engineers to deliver outstanding service and continuous improvement. Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and becoming their go-to technical contact. Working with third-party suppliers to deliver high-quality solutions. Managing equipment ordering, provisioning and deployment. Keeping up to date with emerging technologies, new product releases and industry best practice. What We're Looking For Essential: Minimum 3 years' commercial IT support or Cloud Engineering experience . Experience working with Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies. Strong knowledge of: Microsoft 365 SharePoint Conditional Access Mobile Device Management (MDM) Windows environments Networking fundamentals Router configuration Firewall administration Experience troubleshooting hardware and infrastructure issues. Ability to work independently and manage your own workload. Strong communication and customer relationship skills. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally to client sites. Desirable: Previous experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP). Microsoft or networking certifications. Experience with Scripting or automation.
