Paralegal

Experienced Real Estate Paralegal required for a law firm in Brighton. As a key member of the Residential Real Estate team, you will be involved in Conveyancing transactions from start to finish, including -

• Exchange, Completion and Post-Completion
• AML
• Submission of SDLT and AP1 forms
• Liaising with clients
• Opening files
• Invoicing and financial statements
• Full administration including updating systems
