A growing contractor within the fire protection sector is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with experience in sprinkler systems to join its commercial team in London.

Responsibilities Quantity Surveyor

As a Quantity Surveyor, your role will include:

  • Supporting the commercial delivery of sprinkler installation projects
  • Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reports
  • Monitoring project progress and supporting cost control measures
  • Assisting with subcontractor and supplier management
  • Attending site visits and client meetings
  • Working closely with project and commercial teams

Requirements Quantity Surveyor

  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within sprinkler systems, fire protection, M&E, or construction services
  • Understanding of commercial sprinkler installation projects
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Full UK Driving Licence
