Assembly Operative Leicester

Rate: £14 £15 p/h
Contract: 13-week temp to perm
Hours: Mon Thurs 6:30am 3:30pm, Fri early finish

We re recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a fast-paced manufacturing team producing modular balconies, aluminium balustrades, and glass decking systems.

The Role:

• Assembly work from engineering drawings
• Using hand tools in a fast-moving production environment
• Building balcony systems ( per week team target)
• Physical work including overhead and kneeling tasks
• Working within a close-knit, energetic team

Requirements:

• Assembly/manufacturing experience
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Hands-on, hardworking attitude
• FLT licence (desirable training available)
