The successful applicant will need a a blend of technical and estimating expertise in fire alarm systems design, having delivered accurate designs for medium to large scale fire detection projects within the MEP building services i.e. data centres, hospitals, commercial buildings etc. Key responsibilities include all facets of estimating (cost budgets, proposals, solutions), preconstruction design for fire, PA/VA, EVC (cause and effect matrix, site schematics, BS 5839 certification) and the added responsibilities of contributing to business strategy development.
