Duties of a Service Advisor / Receptionist:

- Liaise effectively with the workshop and technical team to ensure smooth workflow
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the service journey
Requirements of a Service Advisor / Receptionist:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the motor trade or similar industry
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Professional and approachable manner
- Familiarity with Kerridge or similar dealership management systems is advantageous
