This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing technology business where you ll be supported to develop both your customer service and technical expertise, even if you ve not worked in a technical role before.
You ll be joining a friendly, close knit team of five, playing a key role as the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve queries, troubleshoot issues, and feel fully supported throughout their journey.
