About the Role
Do you have a passion for Science and a desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people? At The Shires - Oakham, we're looking for an exceptional Secondary Science Teacher to inspire, engage and empower pupils with Autism and additional needs to achieve their full potential.
As a Secondary Science Teacher, you'll deliver engaging, personalised and innovative Science lessons that bring learning to life.
Working closely with colleagues, therapists and families, you'll support pupils to develop academically, socially and emotionally while creating a positive and autism-friendly learning environment where every child can flourish.
You'll play a key role in shaping the Science curriculum, supporting whole-school improvement and helping pupils develop confidence, independence and a love for learning.
