It is expected that phone conversations with all customers will take place several times each month. f) EPQ management. This to include liaison with customers and HTC management to ensure swift resolution of queries to enable collection of debt. g) Any other duties that are required to support the HTC Group Credit control team Act under direction of the Credit Control Supervisor, in the absence of HTC Group Credit Manager, ensuring adequate prioritisation of workload.
