As the Customer Service Advisor, you are responsible for answering phone calls, emails and fax enquiries from retail and trade customers. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide technical advice and assistance on products to aid customer decision making, input customer orders into the system, advise customers of delays to their order, advise on the returns procedures, advise customers on restoration service, liaise with the Marketing Department, and assist/train Sales assistants with mechanical knowledge
