Trainee Recruitment Consultant Engineering and Infrastructure Specialist Recruitment I am the founder and owner of GRS , a specialist recruitment business operating within the engineering and infrastructure sector, Steve Gearing. I am now looking to bring in a trainee recruitment consultant or resourcer to join our team as the business continues to grow. This is a very professional but genuinely fun place to work. Initially, the role will focus on Resourcing and engaging engineering and infrastructure professionals Identifying and speaking with suitable candidates Supporting live recruitment processes Building structured market and sector knowledge As you develop, you will gain exposure to managing candidate processes end to end Understanding client requirements and expectations Developing commercial awareness Progression into a full recruitment consultant role "This is a quality led environment, not a high volume KPI driven operation."
