Working collaboratively with colleagues across preconstruction teams, you'll play a vital role in preparing pricing for tenders and other business opportunities. Your day to day will include: Leading the estimating process from receipt of client documents through to handover to delivery teams Ensuring accuracy and completeness of estimates, presenting findings at bid team meetings and final reviews Preparing structured items and quantities using methods of measurement, pricing work under various contract forms Working with the procurement team to develop supply chain strategies, appraising quotations and selecting appropriate partners Identifying key risks, supervising junior team members, and supporting their professional development What are we looking for? Reporting to the Estimating Manager, the Estimator will play a central role in delivering excellent customer service to trade customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and is looking to develop specialist knowledge within a growing business.
