The Role

Based from the Derby office, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects across the East Midlands, working closely with operational teams to ensure successful project delivery and strong commercial performance.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing project costs from inception through to final account.
• Procuring and managing subcontractor packages.
• Preparing valuations, variations, cost reports, and forecasts.
• Monitoring project budgets and identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
• Supporting project teams with commercial advice and guidance.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
• Contributing to the successful delivery of projects while maximising commercial outcomes.

About You

• Experience within a Quantity Surveying role for a contractor or developer.
