Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Location: Haverhill, Suffolk

Salary: up to 34,000p.a.

Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30AM - 05:00PM

Contract Type: Full Time, permanent

An opportunity has arisen for a full time Operations Coordinator for our client located in Haverhill, Suffolk.

As Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for:

• Inputting purchase order information accurately
• Chasing suppliers for outstanding deliveries
• Placing and monitoring orders for hire equipment
• Maintaining the Haverhill office noticeboard
• Welcoming visitors
• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
• Keeping the Haverhill office tidy, organised and presentable
• Coordinate annual servicing and statutory checks
• Booking hotels and accommodation, arranging hire cars, flights and other business travel
• Supporting supplier audits
• Opening new supplier accounts
• Arranging couriers
• Booking training courses
• Order PPE and general workwear.

An ideal candidate for the Operations Coordinator will have:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• IT literacy.
