Job Description
Morris & Spottiswood is seeking a Document Controller to play a key role in the successful delivery of Retail and Fit-Out sector clients. We are looking for someone with a proactive mindset and an awareness of modern digital construction practices.
The Document Controller will be responsible for managing and maintaining project information in accordance with BS EN ISO 19650 standards, ensuring the right information is available to the right people at the right time. This includes implementing structured workflows, enforcing naming conventions, supporting design and delivery teams, and helping the business uphold its commitment to collaborative working.
As part of this role, the successful applicant will be based out of our London Office (St Katherine Dock) and will also be required to carry out general duties to aid in the overall operations and management of our London office team.
You will be working closely with the both the London Senior Management Team siding with general day-to-day duties in operating the London office and also working with individual Project Delivery teams across multiple disciplines, ensuring consistency, transparency, and traceability of project data throughout the lifecycle from tender to handover. This role is critical in supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality, secure, and reliable information to our clients and supply chain.
