The Nuclear Discipline, Skills & Capability team: This role sits within a new nuclear training team at BAE Systems Submarines, created to facilitate and manage training to support the growth of a resilient nuclear business. You will be joining a team based at Barrow-in-Furness whose remit is to support and manage Nuclear Capability, Training and nuclear safety through a competent workforce . You will have the opportunity to gain exposure across the wider business areas as you will be liaising with cross functional teams such as Engineering, Operations as well as Senior Nuclear Leadership teams, as well as international projects such as AUKUS.
