Your Role as a Maintenance Manager will include:
Leading and developing a multi-skilled maintenance and electrical engineering team
Driving preventative maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives
Managing budgets, contractor relationships and critical spare parts
Working closely with production to maximise plant efficiency and minimise downtime
Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards

The successful Maintenance Manager will have:
Mechanical engineering qualifications
Experience leading maintenance teams within manufacturing or production environments
Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems
Strong understanding of preventative maintenance and continuous improvement
Experience managing contractors, budgets and engineering resources
