CNC Operator
Location: Oxford
Hours: 13 00 (Late Shift)
Salary: £38,000 £45,000 per annum
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled CNC Operator to join a dynamic manufacturing environment on a dedicated late shift, playing a key role in producing high-quality, precision-engineered components. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machinery in line with engineering drawings and specifications
- Carry out routine inspections and ensure components meet required quality standards
- Adjust machine settings to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Work to production targets while maintaining attention to detail
- Complete relevant documentation and records accurately
- Support continuous improvement activities within the production area
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating CNC machinery
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
