We're Hiring: Client Relationship & Contract Manager

Remote (South East UK based) with travel to client sites

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Our client is a specialist contract management company supporting schools and trusts across the UK. They manage and improve outsourced services including catering, facilities management and cleaning, helping education providers deliver high-quality services while achieving value for money.

They are seeking a Client Relationship & Contract Manager to join their growing team and support the delivery and management of school partnerships.

The Role

This is a relationship-focused position where you will work closely with schools, academies, trusts and suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery, contract performance and strong stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

• Acting as a primary point of contact for clients and suppliers

• Supporting client meetings and managing follow-up actions

• Monitoring contract performance against agreed KPIs

• Supporting service delivery across facilities management, cleaning and catering contracts

• Resolving operational issues and ensuring effective service outcomes

• Tracking contract milestones, reviews and renewal activities

• Supporting compliance, audits and service standards

• Maintaining accurate records, reporting and documentation

• Identifying opportunities for service improvement and efficiencies

• Assisting with reporting, benchmarking and commercial reviews

• Supporting procurement projects, tender documentation, evaluations and supplier selection

About You

• Experience in client relationship management and/or contract management

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Well organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities

• Comfortable working independently and remotely

Desirable Experience

• Education sector experience

• Facilities Management or catering sector experience

• Exposure to supplier or contract management

• Knowledge of procurement and tender processes
