Shift Mechanical Engineers (Multi-skilled) Our client, a major manufacturer of light side construction products into the UK and European markets and are looking to recruit two Mechanical Shift Engineers within their Fife manufacturing site. The company are very passionate about producing the highest quality innovative products to the highest standards, using efficient and sustainable processing systems, and investing in the latest technology. The Role This role is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all mechanical and electro-mechanical equipment within our client s facility. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings is required and if possible, some electrical exposure to 3 phase electrical, motors, drives, controls which would be found in most manufacturing machines. The role requires applicants who have reactive and proactive maintenance and repair experience as well as fault finding experience. These are industrial engineering types of roles and require applicants to work on an early, late and night shift in rotation. Overtime will be available and applicants who are happy to pick this up would be ideal. The Person Applicants will preferably have present or previous mechanical and basic electrical maintenance and repair experience. Applicant with fault finding experience would be ideal.
