Duties:- Prepare vehicles meticulously for painting, including priming and masking
- Operate as a proficient Paint Sprayer to apply paint with precision, using advanced techniques and materials
- Match colours accurately to original vehicle shades to ensure seamless repairs
- Utilise appropriate PPE and RPE to maintain safety standards at all times
- Inspect, polish, and finish paint jobs to high-quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace for efficiency and safety
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Support and contribute to ongoing training and development
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer or Vehicle Painter in an automotive repair or body shop setting
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Paint Sprayer, with excellent attention to detail
- Extensive knowledge of spray painting techniques, colour matching, and finishing processes
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Strong communication skills and team player mentality
- Demonstrated commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship
