Any experience of writing bids for similar areas would be of benefit (e.g. experience of commissioned services, or in social care, healthcare, charity, local authority, NHS frameworks etc.) You must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be hungry to make a real difference. You will help mentor junior members of the team and work alongside the senior bid manager, with the current growth trajectory, there will be numerous chances for you to take on further responsibility and develop your career within the organisation.
