The Role

As an IFA Administrator, you'll provide essential support to advisers while ensuring clients receive a professional and efficient experience throughout their financial planning journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing documentation and packs for client meetings
  • Managing follow-up actions and client communications
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and providers
  • Processing new business applications and illustrations
  • Liaising with providers and investment platforms
  • Managing fund switches and portfolio rebalances
  • Coordinating ongoing review processes
  • Maintaining accurate client records and internal systems
  • Supporting wider operational and administrative workflows
About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Previous experience within IFA, financial planning, or wealth management administration
  • Strong understanding of financial products, platforms, and industry processes
