Aqumen Recruitment is recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our client's busy team in Mirfield.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional service.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Managing order amendments and delivery updates
- Handling customer queries, complaints and returns
- Raising credit notes and invoices
- Coordinating deliveries and transport arrangements
- Maintaining customer records and online portals
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
About You
- Previous customer service, administration or sales support experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Able to prioritise and work under pressure
- D365 experience is advantageous but not essential
