Work with the Training Coordinator to support training plans, compliance programmes and development initiatives. Support employee engagement activity, including surveys, focus groups and communications. Assist with DE&I initiatives and awareness activities. Contribute to HR process improvement, standardisation and system enhancements. Support site-wide HR projects, audits and compliance activity, including activity linked to COMAH workforce obligations. Promote a positive, inclusive and respectful workplace culture aligned with company values. What the Purchasing Coordinator (Supplier Tooling Governance Support) involves: Supporting the day-to-day management and control of supplier-owned tooling across global sites You ll help keep data accurate, ensure processes are followed, and support compliance, allowing senior procurement teams to focus on strategic work Responding to day-to-day queries in the Supplier Tooling Management System (STMS) Perform data validation, record maintenance, and follow up to ensure accurate tooling records Draft, update, and maintain Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) Maintain governance templates, reference materials, and tooling documentation Support resolution of procurement questions linked to tooling ownership and governance Support preparation for governance reviews, meetings, and audits Assist with data and evidence preparation for IAAS and internal audit activities Skills and experience the Purchasing Coordinator (Supplier Tooling Governance Support) will need: Essential: A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar operations, program coordination, or process management role ideally with a purchasing background or strong procurement experience Strong Excel and data handling and experience with timesheet/reporting systems or tracking tools Understanding of process timelines and compliance requirements A confident communicator and team collaborator with strong attention to detail and data accuracy who can prioritize and operate effectively in a fast paced, global environment Logical, structured problem solving skills Ability to solve problems as well as completing administrative (coordination, deadlines, reporting) and technical tasks and engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders A proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams Desirable: Experience with tooling management systems/supporting audit or compliance driven environments/working with global stakeholders across multiple time zones Familiarity with workflow/process management tools would be beneficial To apply, please submit a copy of your up to date CV clearly indicating your relevant experience.
