The Role: As Finishing Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all finishing trades to ensure high-quality standards are met across luxury residential projects. You will play a crucial role in managing teams, liaising with subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the developer's exacting standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all finishing trades on-site, including painting, joinery, tiling, and other fit-out works.
