We're recruiting a chef for a popular café in Stow-on-the-wold, serving quality breakfast and brunch dishes in a relaxed and welcoming environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing hospitality business in Stow-on-the-wold, where fresh produce, great coffee, and exceptional guest experiences are at the heart of everything they do.

• You'll earn £15 per hour
• You'll receive tronc paid every month
• 1 weekend off every month
• Shifts 8am - 4.30pm
• Day time working hours

As the Chef, you'll take ownership of the breakfast and brunch service, including:

• Preparing and cooking breakfast and brunch dishes to a high standard
• Managing the kitchen independently during service
• Maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes
• Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are always met
• Supporting stock control and minimising waste

We're looking for a talented Breakfast chef who can deliver brilliant breakfast and brunch dishes with pace, consistency, and pride in presentation.

• Previous experience cooking breakfast and brunch in a busy kitchen
• Ability to work confidently as a sole chef
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• A passion for fresh food and quality ingredients
• Experience as a Chef De Partie would be beneficial
