Recruitable Staffing are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Vehicle Technician to join a busy automotive/manufacturing environment in Leamington Spa. This is a long-term, ongoing contract with stable weekday hours and competitive pay.

Duties include:

• Mechanical fitting/assembly of vehicle components
• Routing, running and securing cables and looms
• Building, fitting and connecting wiring looms to spec
• Connecting lights, switches, sensors, control units and other electrical components
• Working from wiring diagrams, build sheets and technical instructions
• Basic fault finding, testing and visual inspections
• Maintaining quality, safety and build standards

What we re looking for:

• Previous experience in vehicle build/automotive manufacturing (mechanical + electrical)
• Strong vehicle wiring skills (cable routing, loom installation, high-quality finish)
• Able to read wiring diagrams and follow technical instructions
• Reliable, detail-focused, quality-first approach
• Right to work in the UK
