ROLE : PPD Print Production / MFD Photocopier FSE LOCATION : Gloucestershire - 4 week shift cycle - OTE up to £50,000 We're looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to provide high quality technical support across a range of Production Print products. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, minimising downtime, and ensuring customers receive a smooth, professional experience . The Role Delivering technical service, maintenance, and repair across Production Print equipment Carrying out installations and de installations, ensuring all project milestones are met efficiently Keeping customers updated on progress and ensuring a positive service experience Escalating technical issues promptly Identifying opportunities for additional services or revenue while on customer sites Building strong customer relationships Managing and maintaining vehicle stock The Candidate Strong technical knowledge of Production Print and/or Industrial Print devices Excellent fault finding and problem solving skills Confident using diagnostic tools and reading complex technical instructions IT literacy and basic networking capabilities Strong communication skills Shift Patterns This role operates on a rotating 4 week shift cycle: Week 1 - Early Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm Week 2 - Evening Shift: 4:30pm - 12:00am or 2:00pm - 10:00pm Week 3 - Day shift: 8.30am - 5.30pm Week 4 - Night Shift: 12:00am - 8:30am 1 in 4 weekend rota No shifts or weekends apply until full training is completed and the engineer is fully up to speed. Responsibilities:1. To receive, prioritise and process photocopying requisitions. 2. To operate the photocopying machinery/equipment in the most efficient and cost effective manner. 3. To ensure appropriate stocks of materials and supplies are maintained. 4. To maintain records of photocopying/resources used. 5. To maintain and undertake basic repairs to equipment where practical to do so or arrange alternative servicing by approved contractors. 6. To be responsible for the safe storage of equipment and materials and the disposal of waste products in accordance with the relevant regulations, guidelines and school procedures. 7. To ensure that Health and Safety requirements and other relevant regulations (e.g. COSHH) are adhered to and observed. 8. Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people in accordance with the school's safeguarding and child protection policy.Requirements: 1. Experience working in an ICT or reprographics environment, and general clerical/administrative work experience. 2. Ability to manage own workload, work on own initiative and meet deadlines. 3.
