Mobile Vehicle Technician

We are recruiting a Mobile Vehicle Technician on behalf of a well-established vehicle maintenance and repair company. This is a mobile, customer-site role covering Kent, where you work independently on the road carrying out repairs, maintenance, and scheduled servicing.

• Competitive basic salary of 45,000 per annum
• OTE up to 49,000, with performance bonuses
• Paid door-to-door to maximise your earning time
• Company van provided for business use only
• Monday to Friday rota-based working pattern
• 47.5 hours per week

Duties:

• Conduct repairs and maintenance at customer locations across Kent
• Respond to job instructions on arrival, ranging from routine replacements (including windscreen wipers) to scheduled servicing and mechanical repairs
• Manage a flexible daily schedule to accommodate multiple client sites
• Ensure high standards of workmanship in line with company policies
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used

Requirements for the Mobile Vehicle Technician Role:

• Proven experience as a Mobile Vehicle Technician, LCV Technician, or in a similar mobile/field-based technical role
• Strong technical capability with hands-on motor trade diagnostic and repair experience
• Mobile Vehicle Technician experience is essential
• Full UK driving licence required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule efficiently
