What You'll Be Doing

• Building and developing relationships with clients and candidates
• Managing and growing your own recruitment desk
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
• Delivering an exceptional level of service to schools and education professionals
• Working closely with colleagues to drive business growth

• Previous recruitment experience (any sector considered)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
• Ambitious and eager to grow your career
