The Sales Engineer will be selling a range of high quality Industrial Automation products, i.e. PLC, Control Gear, Switchgear & Circuit Protection, Variable Speed Drives, Sensors, HMI and Process Instrumentation into the OEM, End User, System Integrator and Panel Builder markets throughout the South of Manchester and North Derbyshire area, including Glossop, Buxton, Stockport, Macclesfield, Altrincham and into Cheshire etc. This role suits someone who combines technical credibility with commercial drive , and who enjoys being out in front of customers solving real engineering challenges. As the successful candidate, you will have sales and technical experience in the Industrial Automation industry coupled with a record of sales success and achievement. A formal qualification in an Electrical/Electronic discipline to ONC/HND or above is desirable but not essential, you should be able to demonstrate your knowledge and sales ability otherwise. Ideally you will also have benefited from further career development training to enhance your sales skills.
