Overseeing 3 to 4 live sites with 2 in planning, most projects will be traditional build and timber frame housing schemes, ranging from 50 to 250+ units. Managing a team of multiple Project and Site Managers to complete projects on time, in budget and to a high quality. Reporting straight into the Managing Director. Responsibilities for Contract Managers Manage a team of around to 4 Senior Managers. Helping to implement new procedures Overseeing multiple sites. Liaising with clients Requirements for Contract Manager: Worked on multiple large residential schemes. Taken projects from planning to handover. Good Man Management skills.
