What you'll need to succeed To be shortlisted for this position, you must be educated to degree level or have advanced training in commissioning, project or programme management.Have sound knowledge of commissioning frameworks, service design, and contract monitoring with awareness of political, legislative and policy drivers in public service reform. Have experience in leading commissioning cycles, developing strategies, and managing service redesign, with the ability to develop commissioning plans and manage change effectively.
